The initiative works through a team of approximately 50 members and volunteers, around 30 in Gaza and around 20 in the United Kingdom, together with a network of academics, trainers, volunteers and supporters. Around 10 trainers and academics deliver the educational and training programmes. The departments work closely together, and coordination between them avoids duplication of tasks and ensures that programmes and activities complement one another.
